What if want to cancel my account?
Subscribers to monthly and annual plans can use their subscription and allotted reports until the end of that billing period. Monthly subscribers cancel at any time, but annual subscribers may not. You can also reactivate your account at any time to access saved sites and previous billing info.
When will you bill me?
Subscribers to monthly plans will be billed on a reoccurring basis every month on roughly the same day of the month you purchased your plan on. Subscribers to annual plans will be billed for the entire year at checkout, and renew at the annual rate at the end of the first year.
What plan lets me see the most granular Search metrics?
PRO Advanced. With PRO advanced you can see:
- Referring Keyword Share per keyword
- Average Time Index per keyword
- Total Time Index per keyword
- Paid vs. Natural Share per Site: See the number of search referrals a site gets from paid search advertising over the last 2 years.
- Paid vs. Natural Share per Keyword: See the share of search traffic per keyword that comes from paid advertising.
Search reports are available only for domains and not subdomains.
What plan lets me see Demographic metrics?
PRO Advanced. With PRO advanced you can see:
- Age Share
- Gender Share
- Income Share
- Internet Browser Population Demographic Shares
- Trended monthly demographic shares over 2 years

Can I upgrade my plan level after I purchase?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at anytime through the site. Contact us for enterprise upgrades.
Can I downgrade my plan level after I purchase?
Yes, you can downgrade your plan at anytime, however, at this time downgrades must be done over email. Contact us to downgrade.
Can I change to an annual plan after I purchase a monthly plan?
Yes, you can switch to an annual plan at anytime, however, at this time the change must be done over email. Contact us to change your plan.
Can I change to a monthly plan after I purchase annual plan?
No. Purchases of annual plans are final.
Can I pay with anything other than a credit card?
Not typically, but contact us if you're unable to process your purchase with a credit card for any reason, or if you absolutely must pay with a purchase order.
What if I want to share my account with multiple people?
Non-enterprise PRO plans are sold with one individual user access only, and can be used on any 2 machines of your choosing. Contact us for Enterprise pricing if you need multiple users.
How can I get a receipt?
Upon purchase, a receipt will be e-mailed to you. Also your receipts will be available in the Payment History of your account at any time.
What kind of response time can I expect for email support?
PRO customers should expect a response to email support within 1 business day.
